• DS strictly abides by 5 quality inspection processes, from pre-production raw material factory inspection, warehousing inspection, to in-production quality inspection, complete machine acceptance inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.
• Raw material factory inspection- DS cooperates deeply with LG, AUO and BOE top industry LCD panel suppliers, and DS QC persons will do inspection when buying.
• Raw material warehousing quality inspection-After the ordered raw materials arrive factory warehouse, another QC engineers will do quality inspection before accepting. If the quality do not meet standard, DS will return the non-conforming product to the suppliers.
• In-production quality inspection -also called in-line inspection- When the production staff receives the production order and picks up the material for production, the material will be tested, and then the production line will be produced if it is qualified.
• Whole machine testing- After the IFPD finish assembling, the whole machine will be tested before packed and shipping.
• Pre-shipment inspection: Before delivery, the interactive panels will be randomly checked to see if it meets the delivery requirements, and the unqualified will be re-rectified and not deliver until it is quality qualified.

Up to 3 years warranty. DS tech’s interactive flat panels (whole machine) enjoys 2 years warranty,except some special promoted model,which enjoy 1 year warranty. If customer require , the warranty can expand longer to 3 years but it charge additionally. This refers to main parts of the smart board, like chipboard, power board and other parts. Screens break caused by human factors are not covered by the warranty. DS tech provides lifetime maintenance for all IFPD.

DS smart board is multi-language support. Major language include English, French, German, Korean, Spanish,Japanese and so on. Different IFPD’s chipboard support different language, that is ,different models support different models. Please check with us before order.

• The wireless screen mirroring function is to project mobile phone, tablets and laptop screen to interactive flat panels.Basically , make sure the WIFI and Hot spot of interactive flat panel is turned on. and the device in same network with IFP. Then users can share screen. Different device has different method to project screen.
• To project laptop or computer screen to the IFP, there are 2 ways, one way is to project in Miracast software, in this situation, user should download and install the software on laptop /computer. The other way to share screen to smart board is to use the wireless screen dongle (a hardware). By this way, users first plug dongle into the IFP to pairing(auto), after successfully matched, plug the dongle out and insert it into laptop/computer to automatically matching, after the lights stop flashing, it is successfully paired. Users just press the button on dongle to project laptop.
• To project iPhone: make sure IFPD and iPhone are connect to same network or hot spot. Then click air-mirroring function on iPhone, then audio and video of iPhone will be projected.
• To project Android phone: also make sure phone is in same network with IFPD, scan the QR code on IFPD wireless screen APP to download apk to your mobile, then do it as Apps directed.
• To project tablet: same as Android phone.

Yes. We provide free Logo on smart board with MOQ 10pcs. And we will set your logo as booting logo when turning on the machine.

The machine Android system is decided by the chipboard when developed, and it can not upgraded to higher version Android system, but we will upgrade firmware.

• DS Interactive flat panel (IFP ) Android system is pre-installed APK pure store. Users can search and download APK in it.
• If users want to install software on Windows system (in this situation, an OPS slot-in computer must be installed on IFP), users can search and download softwares on IFPD just as on laptop or computers. Or user can download the software on your laptop then copy to U-disk and install it to the OPS PC embedded on IFP .
