Aging & Testing

Qualified panels will be packed in thick carton box and to prepare for shipping.

Load in Pallet

For bulk order shipping, carton boxes will be packed together on pallets. LCL cargo will be packed in plywood cases for shipping to protect the screen from breaking.

Container Loading

Wood pallets with carton boxes are loaded with forklift to save labor and time for loading and unloading.

How long is the warranty?

DS tech’s interactive flat panels come with up to 2 years of warranty for the entire machine, covering main parts like chipboard, power board, and other components. While we offer an option to extend the warranty to 3 years, it will incur an additional cost.

Please note, the warranty doesn’t cover human-caused screen damages. Nonetheless, DS tech ensures lifetime customer support. maintenance for all IFPD.
